  • Description

    Ether is seeking a Project Manager to lead one or more consulting projects that deliver high quality results and solutions. The Project Manager will lead a major, mission-focused information technology program with an emphasis on improving the organization’s ability to deliver mission capabilities quickly, efficiently, and with rigor and discipline. The Project Manager will collaborate with agency leaders to understand their vision and help design and implement an achievable path forward that satisfies mission customers, stakeholders, and oversight needs.

  • Responsibilities

    - Plan and execute budgets, allocate personnel and resources, and set project priorities
    - Provide a single point of contact for government clients, including senior government personnel
    - Engage project staff and build a team of Ether employees and subcontractors
    - Facilitate and establish decision-making processes and associated meetings and discussions
    - Develop and implement program tracking and status reporting models, frameworks, and artifacts
    - Review and approve documentation, system designs, project deliverables, and similar

  • Requirements

    - 6-10 years of work experience including management consulting experience (e.g., strategy, process improvement, organizational change management, etc.)
    - 5 years experience implementing IAM solutions, specifically with regard to mobile devices and MDM applications
    - 2 years PKI design and implementation, with mobile devices (MDM) a plus
    - Experiences with IAM administration, provisioning, access governance, privileged access management, and multi-factor authentication
    - Familiar with most standard Software Development Lifecycles Experience with formal project management methods and tools
    - Develops and retains talent and grows teams
    - Work experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (preferably with a small business)
    - Loves working with people and cares about their growth
    - Interest in homeland security missions and a passion for excellent client satisfaction
    - Top Secret clearance preferred, but not required to begin
    - US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
